1. Lifetime Labour Warranty
GTAutosound is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on Labour for all eligible installations completed by our qualified technicians.
What’s Covered:

Labour costs associated with the original installation
-
Reinstallation of previously installed products due to manufacturer fault
-
Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs relating to workmanship
Conditions:

Applies only to the original purchaser and vehicle the installation was performed on
-
Warranty is non-transferable
-
Covers faults resulting from installation errors, not product defects or customer misuse
-
Warranty will be void if modifications are made by non-GTAutosound technicians
2. Extended Parts Replacement Warranty
All eligible products purchased & installed by GTAutosound come with an Extended Parts Replacement Warranty, providing coverage beyond the manufacturer's standard period.
Coverage Duration:

Up to 2 years additional on top of standard manufacturer warranty for select products

Coverage begins from the date of purchase
Applies to:

Head units, amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers

Dash cams, reversing cameras
-
GPS & navigation systems
-
Car alarms and security modules
Exclusions:
-
Physical damage due to accidents, abuse, or improper use

Water damage (unless specified as waterproof IP-rated device)
-
Consumables (e.g., batteries, fuses, mounts)
Claim Process:

Proof of purchase required

Faulty product must be returned for assessment

Replacement or repair will be at GTAutosound’s discretion
3. 3-Year Tech Support Package
All customers receiving our Lifetime Labour Warranty are also entitled to 3 Years of Complimentary Technical Support.
Support Includes:

System reconfiguration or firmware/software updates

Troubleshooting audio/navigation/security issues
-
Remote assistance via phone, email, or video support
-
Guidance on optimal use of your installed system
Support Hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 9AM – 6PM
-
Weekends: Closed
-
Public holidays: Closed
Exclusions:
-
Assistance for devices not installed or supplied by GTAutosound

In-person support outside initial installation may incur a service fee if unrelated to original work
General Conditions & Limitations

All warranties are subject to GTAutosound’s inspection and verification

GTAutosound reserves the right to deny service or warranty claims due to evidence of tampering, improper installation by a third party, or user negligence

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime or personal inconvenience
-
Extended warranty and support coverage must be activated at time of installation
-
These terms are governed by the consumer laws of Australia and do not exclude any rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
